Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand our business presence, particularly in B2B sales and technology markets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, business development, and marketing to make a significant impact within a growing organization. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to effectively engage with diverse clients and markets.

Duties

Lead outside sales efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities
Develop sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
Engage clients through phone calls, walk-ins, community outreach, and digital platforms.
Promote computer repair services, IT support plans, IT training programs, and hardware sales.
Manage and grow social media pages; develop engaging content.
Conduct local marketing activities, including flyer distribution and business networking.
Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.
Build partnerships with small businesses, student communities, and local organizations.
Represent the company professionally at events and community programs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and customer service excellence
Negotiate contracts and proposals to maximize business growth and client satisfaction
Drive business development initiatives by exploring new markets and expanding existing accounts
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
Present technical solutions and product offerings effectively during client meetings or industry events
Support the creation of marketing materials tailored for B2B audiences in the technology sector

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent business development capabilities with a strategic mindset
Proficiency in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships
Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance metrics
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting
Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills,
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
