ABA PROfessional is looking for a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to help support our brand, customers, and daily operations. This unique role combines marketing, customer engagement, inventory management, and order fulfillment, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in both creative and operational excellence.

We're looking for a self-starter who is professional, dependable, and excited to contribute ideas while helping build brand awareness and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Support

Create and manage social media content.
Capture photo and video content for marketing initiatives.
Support promotions, product launches, events, and brand partnerships.
Assist with marketing materials and website updates.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Sales & Customer Support

Support sales initiatives and customer outreach.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Help build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Operations

Process and ship customer orders.
Receive and maintain inventory.
Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy.
Support the day-to-day needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional and customer-focused.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of projects.
Passionate about marketing, branding, and business development.
Experience with social media content creation is an asset.
Beauty industry experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $38,106.39-$67,902.18 per year
