Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager to lead our team with energy and expertise. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and service operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team committed to excellence in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties (Not Limited To)

Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and efficient restaurant management
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all food service activities
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper storage practices to minimize waste and control costs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall dining experience
Train staff on food preparation techniques, serving standards, hospitality best practices, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to all sanitation standards and promotes a positive work atmosphere

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of kitchen operations and hospitality standards
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in delivering memorable guest experiences
Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications required by local health authorities
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
