The Westrick Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, managing schedules, creating social media content, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and online
- Manage appointment bookings, calendar scheduling, and client communications
- Support client consultations and sales conversations
- Assist with social media content, stories, and engagement
- Maintain clinic inventory and stock levels
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Manage email communications
- Help create an exceptional client experience from first contact to follow-up
What We're Looking For:
- Previous reception, customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Proficient with Google Workspace ( Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets)
- Proficient using Mac
- Comfortable using social media platforms including Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Interest in health, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics is considered an asset
