Job Responsibilities:

Manage month-end bank reconciliations & banking activities
Manage mid month & month end payroll & scheduling
Manage Accounts receivable
Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of client payments
Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of insurance companies accounts
Managing 3rd party financial arrangements
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
Manage verification & payment scheduling for all interested parties
Manage year end accounting procedures & prepare year-end working papers for external accountants

Required Experience:

Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of continuous experience in accounts management & financial administration
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.
Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure
Maintains quality controls & checks work for accuracy
