Permanent Part-Time position for a Sales and Reception Associate in Red Deer, Lacombe and Blackfalds studio salons to service client bookings and needs. Training prior to starting this position is available. Strong customer service skills are key to this position and focus on:
- Answering the phone and booking appointments.
- Cleaning equipment within the studio before and after each client.
- Greeting walk-in clients and clients with appointments.
- Actively selling products and advising clients on service packages for beauty care.
- Assisting with promotion of services and other cleaning duties.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sundays is required in addition to weekdays.
Key Skills Needed:
- Day time availability is key with some evenings and weekends available for work.
- Strong willingness to engage in customer sales or products and services.
- Ability to describe various services from your training experience with customers.
- Friendly, Professional and Personable with a Positive Attitude.
- Demonstrates and interest in knowing our products, services, and the beauty industry.
- Create personalized and lasting experiences with clients through greetings.
- Ability to use booking software and develop skills in learning about software use.
- Ability to be self motivated to clean and stock store areas as required.
- Trustworthy to open and close the salon as required.
- Ability to take direction, complete training and possess strong team work skills.
- Willingness to complete other related studio duties as assigned.
Working periods will include flexible hours each week during weekdays, evenings and weekends with regular hours at potentially several studio locations.
