We’re hiring a Receptionist / Wellness Coordinator for our Edmonton clinics.

Duties

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
Provide information about services and products available to patients
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and transactions
Coordinate scheduling of appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Address patient inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
Outreach by phone, email and text message in a professional, friendly manner

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions and filing accurately and responsibly
Passion for promoting health, wellness, and positive interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude with excellent organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
