We are looking for a driven General Sales Manager to join a high-performing import dealership located in the strong and growing Central Alberta market.

This is not a maintenance role.
We are looking for someone who can elevate performance, strengthen the sales process, recruit and develop great people, and create a culture where accountability and success become the standard.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Drive daily sales activity, including appointments, demonstrations, follow-up, write-ups, and deliveries
- Establish and enforce a consistent, customer-focused sales process
- Monitor dealership and individual KPIs, identify opportunities, and take action
- Desk deals effectively while protecting gross profit and maximizing every opportunity
- Work closely with Finance, Service, and Parts to improve total dealership profitability
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying process
- Create an energetic culture built around effort, accountability, teamwork, and results
- Lead from the front and bring a winning mindset to the dealership every day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive sales management or leadership experience
- A strong record of achieving or exceeding volume and profitability targets
- Excellent closing, desking, negotiation, and deal-management abilities
- A process-driven mindset with strong follow-through
- The ability to coach different personalities and improve individual performance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High personal accountability and professional standards
- A competitive attitude and genuine desire to win
- The confidence to make decisions, solve problems, and lead through challenges
- A valid driver’s licence
