Full job description

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to join our growing pediatric dental practice. This leadership role is ideal for someone with experience in office management, HR, scheduling, and marketing who enjoys building a positive team culture and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day office operations
Recruit, onboard, and support team members
Create and manage staff schedules
Coordinate HR processes and employee development
Oversee marketing initiatives, social media, and community outreach
Support patient experience and maintain efficient clinic flow
Monitor office performance and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

3+ years of management experience (dental preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing multi-provider schedules.
Experience with HR, scheduling, and marketing + an understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with digital marketing, patient retention, and reputation management.
Proficiency with Dentrix & MaxAssist
Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
