The ideal Hygiene Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to coordinate and manage the hygiene schedule to ensure patients' treatment and satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Thrives in a fast paced working environment
Has excellent communication and relationship building skills
Is comfortable on the phone and confident making outbound calls and following up with patients
Enjoys achieving goals and celebrating success
Maintains a healthy and productive hygiene schedule
Contributing a positive patient experience and clinic culture
Motivated and eager to learn

SCHEDULE:

30 to 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday with some evening shifts and 2 Saturdays per month

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
