Mel's Manufacturing is a fresh young company that manufactures high performance diesel exhaust products. With the help from an experienced team, all of which have worked in the industry for years, Mel's is able to manufacture a line of products that contend with the leaders in the industry.

Mel's Manufacturing is searching for a talented and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various marketing tasks and actively contribute to the growth of our brand. You will be responsible for creating print catalogs, managing our online store, overseeing social media accounts, implementing SEO strategies, and more. If you have a strong passion for marketing and enjoy being actively involved in executing strategies, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and informative print catalogs and flyers, ensuring high-quality content and timely production.
Develop engaging, high-quality product photography and video content with a strong focus on quality
Manage our online store, including product listings, inventory management, and optimizing the customer experience.
Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, producing content and managing accounts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive product promotion, customer engagement, and brand awareness among existing and prospective customers.
Implement effective SEO strategies, including keyword research and optimization, to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, recommending innovative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to various projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in executing marketing tasks, preferably in a similar role or as part of a marketing team.
Strong understanding or willingness to learn print production processes, design principles, and ability to create visually appealing catalogs.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store management, including product listings and inventory management.
Proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement keyword research and optimization techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Shopify Online store manager, social media management tools, and project management software.
A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
