Job Overview

Dental Office Manager / Lead Administrator – Above-Market Pay | Growth Opportunity

We are an existing, fully digital dental clinic in Medicine Hat and are seeking an Office Manager / Lead Administrator (previous RDA experience an asset as well but not required)

We are looking for a confident, organized leader who can manage scheduling, insurance, team coordination, and daily operations while creating an outstanding experience for patients and staff. You will have remote team members support for phone calls, scheduling and accounts receivable as well so you’re not alone. Schedule is 4-5 days per week depending on what the candidate would prefer.

Key responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Oversee Clinical operations, upholding processes and protocols
Accounts Payables, KPI / Metrics, Payroll, Month End, etc
Support team communication and daily clinic organization
Maintain staff schedules
Event Planning, Community Involvement, Marketing
Maintain an exceptional patient experience from first call to follow-up
Assist with reporting, systems, and continuous improvement, Ifinance, Spreadsheets, banking, office ordering
Front desk support
