The Corner Office CFO (TCO) is a leading outsourced accounting and CFO service provider based in Regina, Saskatchewan, serving clients across Canada. What We Are Looking For :
We’re looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist with hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience, someone who takes pride in their work and wants a steady, long-term fit within our corporate services team. This is an internal role supporting The Corner Office itself, not a client-facing position. In this role, you’ll provide the day-to-day accounting support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and routine accounting tasks, that keeps our own operations organized and on track. We need someone dependable, with strong accounting or bookkeeping experience, who can support our growing, fast-moving team. If this sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Be Doing:

Prepare and issue client billing and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Support payroll processing and tax remittance preparation
Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close tasks
Track and organize invoices, receipts, and expense documentation
Maintain accurate financial records to support audit-readiness
Maintain and update financial records within TCO’s accounting platform (QuickBooks), ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
Assist with reporting and documentation requirements for grant funding
Maintain and update employee files and records, including new hire documentation
Exercise discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive information, including personnel records, payroll, and financial data

Education and Experience:

Accounting diploma required
3-5 years of accounting or administrative experience
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
