Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Plumbers Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in plumbing and drain cleaning, providing an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in building trades, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. As a Plumbers Apprentice, you will assist with various plumbing projects, gaining valuable industry knowledge and practical skills essential for career growth in the trades.

Responsibilities

Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential settings
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing projects
Use hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively under supervision
Participate in the assembly of piping systems and fixtures according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Requirements

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is advantageous
Strong interest in plumbing trades with a desire to develop technical skills through on-the-job training
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various outdoor or indoor environments
Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to schematics and blueprints
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Commitment to safety standards and procedures throughout all phases of work

This position provides valuable training opportunities within the plumbing industry, fostering professional growth while contributing to meaningful projects.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
