Dr.Randy Berger Oral Surgery located in Regina, SK is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist.

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of a busy oral surgery practice. This role is critical in managing referral flow, coordinating surgical schedules, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming referrals and prioritize urgent surgical cases
- Coordinate complex surgical schedules with the clinical team
- Conduct pre-operative patient communication and instructions
- Liaise with referring offices
- Verify insurance and prepare treatment estimates
- Maintain accuracy of patient records
- Support overall clinic flow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental or oral surgery front desk experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
