We are looking for a Senior Desktop Administrator to join our team in Regina.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- have advanced knowledge of desktop support environment - user-facing hardware and software, including collaboration tools, voice and mobile technology, LOB applications, and common hardware models
- Have advanced knowledge of knowledge of IT operations, methods, products, and technology in order to respond to support requests (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Display leadership through continuous learning/development of self and support others by actively sharing knowledge, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and supporting developmental opportunities.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, like Information Technology, or defined equivalency and two to four years’ experience in service desk, desktop, or a relevant IT field.
