Morning People Wanted! AM Restaurant Server (Part-Time)

WildSage Kitchen & Bar, located inside the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Regina, is looking for a part-time AM Restaurant Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Hours will range from 5:30am-2pm.

This role is all about delivering warm, personalized service—whether it’s welcoming first-time guests or remembering the favorites of our regulars. If you’re energetic, guest-focused, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create a welcoming dining experience by recognizing guests and ensuring their complete satisfaction
Set up tables and stations to WildSage standards (linen, silverware, tableware – the details matter!)
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, daily features, and beverage offerings
Take and accurately enter food & beverage orders using the POS system
Serve food and beverages efficiently, including refills and special requests
Drive revenue through suggestive selling of specials, beverages, desserts, and specialty coffees
Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating when needed
Work collaboratively with fellow servers to ensure smooth and prompt service
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and complete side duties before shift end
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, grooming, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Team player with a positive attitude
2–3 years of food & beverage customer service experience
POS experience
Energetic, flexible, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and guest service skills
