Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Independent Leasing Agent to assist with apartment rentals.

Responsibilities

Take photos of vacant apartments.
Conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
Complete move-in and move-out inspection reports.
Communicate observations regarding the condition of units.

Please note that all lease administration, tenant screening, advertising, and listing management are handled by our office. Your role is focused on on-site leasing activities and inspections.

Compensation

~$150 per unit rented (depending on the property and scope of work).
Independent contractor position (self-employed).
Payment is made upon successful rental of the unit.
Contractors must submit an invoice after each completed rental.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to take clear photos.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
Experience in property management or leasing is an asset but not required.
