Job Description:
In this role, you will assist our service department with various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include customer call backs, closing work orders, handling payment inquiries and managing the maintenance program. Collaborating closely with our service coordinator, you'll enhance customer service and satisfaction while upholding our commitment to excellence. Full training will be provided, and we expect all team members to approach their duties with a positive and diligent attitude.
