Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and promote retail products. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in nail artistry, customer service, and sanitation standards while contributing to a welcoming salon atmosphere. A strong focus on client satisfaction and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Upsell retail products such as nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client experience and salon sales
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the profession
Knowledge of body waxing is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to perform retail sales by confidently recommending products that meet client needs
Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
