Your Role
You will work in a specialized outpatient cardiac environment alongside Cardiologists, Internal Medicine Physicians and an experienced clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
- Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI)
- Rest and stress imaging
- Exercise and pharmacologic stress testing
- Hot lab duties
- Daily quality-control procedures
- Radiation safety procedures
- Patient preparation and monitoring
- Maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Collaboration with physicians and clinic staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- CAMRT certified or eligible
- ACMDTT registered or eligible for registration
- Current or obtainable BLS certification
- WHMIS and TDG certification
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Professional, dependable and motivated to learn
Previous Nuclear Medicine experience is an asset, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
