Position Overview
ASI Engineering is hiring a Product Sales & Marketing Specialist to support the launch and growth of ASI Software, our new asset management and infrastructure planning platform.
This is a unique role that blends product sales, digital advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, outbound outreach, and demo generation. The main goal of this position is to create qualified interest in ASI Software and book product demos with municipalities, facility owners, infrastructure managers, and private-sector organizations.
This is an in-person position based at ASI Engineering’s head office in Regina.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating awareness, leads, and product demo opportunities for ASI Software.
Primary duties include:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- Create and schedule social media content promoting ASI Software, client use cases, demos, free trials, and product updates.
- Develop outbound email and newsletter campaigns to reach municipalities, facility owners, infrastructure managers, and private-sector executives.
- Build and maintain prospect lists for targeted outreach.
- Contact potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in ASI Software.
- Book qualified product demos for the ASI Software team.
- Track campaign performance, lead sources, conversion rates, demo bookings, and follow-up activity.
- Work with ASI’s leadership, engineering, and software teams to understand product features and communicate them clearly to prospective clients.
- Help coordinate marketing materials such as landing page content, brochures, case studies, short videos, email templates, and demo invitations.
- Support trade show, conference, webinar, and event-based marketing opportunities.
- Follow up with warm leads from ads, website forms, newsletters, referrals, and events.
- Maintain organized records of prospects, leads, demo requests, and sales activity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, creative, and comfortable with both marketing and sales outreach. This person does not need to be an engineer, but they should be able to understand technical products and explain them in a simple, practical way.
The successful candidate should have experience or interest in:
- Paid digital advertising
- Social media marketing
- Email newsletters and outbound campaigns

- CRM or contact tracking
- Writing clear marketing messages
- Working with business owners, municipalities, or professional clients
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications, sales, or a related field.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with email marketing tools, newsletters, CRM systems, or sales tracking platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending direct outreach messages.
- Ability to learn and explain software features.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in person from ASI Engineering’s Regina office.
Experience in municipal government, infrastructure, asset management, engineering, SaaS, or B2B sales would be considered an asset.

Pay: $60,760.00-$85,755.00 per year
