The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our Regina Truck Sales Team. This role is focused primarily on new heavy-duty Truck and Tractor sales, with opportunity to support used equipment sales as they arise.
You will work closely with Customers across Regina and Southeast Saskatchewan, understanding their operations and delivering equipment solutions that support their business success.
What You’ll Do:
• Promote, sell, and secure orders for new heavy-duty Trucks and Tractors, with some involvement in used equipment
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Customers
• Identify Customer needs and match them with the right Truck solutions
• Actively prospect, generate leads, and grow your territory
• Prepare quotes, negotiate effectively, and close deals with confidence and integrity
• Collaborate with internal Team members across Parts, Service, and Finance
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and manufacturer programs
• Represent Warner Industries professionally at Customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
What You’ll Bring:
• A driven, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
• Experience in Truck, Automotive, Heavy-Duty Equipment, or B2B Sales (preferred)
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing Team
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within territory
