Job Title: Warehouse Associate and Order Desk Clerk
Location: 515 6th Avenue E, Regina, SK S4N 5A3, Canada
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8AM-4:30PM)
Job Summary: As a Hybrid Warehouse and Order Desk Associate at Prosol Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations between the warehouse and the customer service counter. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities — such as receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for delivery — with front-line order desk duties, including processing customer orders, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate billing.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable shifting between warehouse and counter tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and contribute to providing exceptional customer service.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and allocate incoming merchandise.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Pick and prepare accurate orders for delivery.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Generating shipment labels and documentation.
- Communicating with other shipping managers and team members effectively.
- Operate forklifts and other safety equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Order Desk Duties:
- Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
- Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
- Ordering replenishment product as required
- Various clerical tasks
- Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
- General housekeeping
- Pick/fill orders as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Forklift Licence required.
- Fluent English.
- Min. 1 year warehouse experience required.
- Min 1 year customer service
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
