Known for great food, inventive drinks, and warm, genuine service, we’re a place where locals and visitors alike feel at home. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook who brings passion, consistency, and pride to the kitchen. This role is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly and delivering the high-quality dishes our guests love. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, creative team, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and attention to detail

Support prep work including chopping, slicing, portioning, and ingredient organization

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen workspace

Follow all food safety and handling standards

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods

Assist with inventory checks and supply ordering

Help with kitchen setup before service and cleanup afterward

Contribute to training new team members in kitchen procedures and techniques

What You Bring

Experience in food service or a professional kitchen (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene

Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A genuine passion for cooking and a willingness to learn

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking methods (an asset)
