The LMS Administrator assistant supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the organization’s learning management system and training content library. This role focuses on LMS support, learning content maintenance, and coordination, ensuring training resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with current product functionality and internal processes.
Working closely with the Technical Support Team, this role helps translate existing knowledge, documentation, and workflows into clear, user-friendly learning resources for internal users and customers. This position is well suited to someone early in their learning operations career and may evolve over time into a more advanced content development or instructional design role.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System Support & Administration
· Support the administration of the Absorb LMS, including user enrollments, permissions, course assignments, learning paths, and reporting.
· Maintain course accuracy through updates, version control, and content cleanup as systems and processes change.
· Configure assessments, completion tracking, and automated notifications within the LMS.
· Monitor learner activity and completion and assist with reporting for internal stakeholders.
Learning Content and Materials Management
· Update job aids, quick-reference guides, and internal process documentation as needed.
· Organize and maintain a structured learning content library for ease of use and discoverability.
· Manage and update learning materials, training videos and tutorials within Articulate 360, Descript & Camtasia based on existing materials and guidance from subject matter experts.
Collaboration with Technical Support
· Work with the Technical Support Team to capture common user issues, questions, and workflows for inclusion in training materials.
· Partner with other departments to support internal learning needs such as onboarding, internal systems training, and process documentation as requested.
· Coordinate content reviews with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Incorporate feedback HR to keep learning resources current and relevant.
Training & Enablement Support
· Support instructor-led or virtual training sessions by preparing materials, managing LMS logistics, and assisting with follow-up activities.
· Ensure internal and customer onboarding resources are accessible and properly configured in the LMS.
· Respond to basic learner questions related to course access, navigation, and available resources.
Continuous Improvement & Growth
· Assist in gathering learner feedback to identify content gaps or areas for improvement.
· Learn and apply best practices related to LMS administration and learning support.
· Support the evolution of the learning function as tools, processes, and responsibilities mature.
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in learning support, LMS administration, training coordination, or a related role.
· Experience working with an LMS, preferably Absorb LMS or a comparable platform.
· Experience creating or maintaining content using Articulate 360.
· Experience creating or editing training videos or screen recordings using Descript and/or Camtasia.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Clear written communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting internal onboarding or operational training programs.
· Experience working alongside Technical Support, IT, and other teams as requested.
· Interest in growing into content development or instructional design over time.
· Experience working in a SaaS, legal tech, or other technical environment is an asset.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.

Pay: $52,629.14-$105,320.21 per year
