Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various software tools.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily office functions
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing and ordering parts
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone or email
Schedule appointments
Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and document management efficiently
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
