Full job description

Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to a large financial planning practice including but not limited to the following:

· Responsible for scheduling and confirming client appointments for multiple team members;

· Respond and redirect all email and telephone inquires from clients;

· Processing/reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts and managing/updating client databases;

· Preparing and maintaining digital client files, documents, paperwork, and meeting notes;

· Support clients in signing up for Online Access.

· Digital on-boarding of all new clients (account set-up)

· Regulatory/Compliance tracking and follow-up.

· Organize, schedule, and participate in client events (virtual and in-person).

Qualifications

· Administration Diploma or other Postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;

· Minimum 3 years administrative experience preferably in the financial services industry;

· Strong computer skills with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with a contact relationship management system;

· Experience with DocuSign, digital paperwork and processing.

· Customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients both on the phone, in person and in written correspondence.

· Discretion and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

· Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work and contribute within a team environment

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
