Full job description

WARREN TRUCK CENTER LTD. is looking for an experienced full-time Parts Manager to join our team! As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for parts inventory processes.
This position is vital to the dealership in achieving parts sales and ensuring profitable operations of the parts department.

Responsibilities:

must have data entry skills invoicing, crediting operating system knowledge as an asset
Computer, Typing, email communications, parts research, managing spreadsheets
able to lift 50 lbs
Operate a forklift
Work independently with minimal supervision
Place daily orders.
Monitor D.I.O. to maintain stock levels.
Manage all aspects of inventory (bin locations, obsolete parts, cycle counts and yearly inventory).
Assist in budgets for Parts, must be being financially responsible.
Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales Targets
Responsible for shipping/receiving ( Parts count in/out)
Cores management and parts returns
Maintain show room.
Ensure all top notch customer service.
Other duties assigned
