You will play an essential role in producing visually engaging and effective graphics, for various digital and print media projects, across a multitude of brands and distribution channels. The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.
The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

Work independently and collaboratively with our creative and marketing teams to build, present, and execute brand campaigns and programs across various platforms.

Work with project management tools like Asana and Slack, and interpret detailed design briefs, while communicating with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and clients to achieve project goals.

Create, develop, and refine static graphic layouts for both print and digital applications, while ensuring designs adhere to brand identities.

Create engaging short-format video edits tailored for Instagram Reels and TikTok content.

Regularly showcase ability to give and take informed feedback and incorporate revisions, in search of the best visual solution.

Organize files and tasks efficiently within creative project files, Google Drive, and Asana in order to allow efficient collaboration across team members.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.

Solid foundational skills in Webflow is highly desirable.

Proficiency in graphic elements, typography, hierarchy, layout creation, and preparing artworks for final print or digital production.

Have an up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and best practices, while showing a keen interest in sharing these insights with the creative team.
