The 2026 season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in Perimeter's history. With the FIFA World Cup coming to Vancouver in June, a full tour season underway, and our busiest cruise ship schedule yet, we are looking for professional, customer-focused motorcoach drivers who want to make the most of it.

THE WORK
No two days are the same at Perimeter. Our drivers handle a wide variety of premium transportation services across Metro Vancouver and beyond:
- FIFA World Cup 2026 shuttle and event transportation — a once-in-a-generation opportunity
- Whistler and Sea-to-Sky corridor trips
- Victoria day trips and overnight excursions
- Cruise ship passenger service at Canada Place
- Multi-day tour group excursions
- Corporate charters and private group transfers
- Sports Team dedicated transportation through Western Canada and US.

WHAT WE OFFER
- From CA$28.00 per hour — competitive seasonal wage
- Wage increases to $30.00 per hour after probationary period

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for experienced, professional motorcoach drivers who bring the right attitude and the right skills to every trip.
Required
- Valid Class 2 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Valid Canadian passport — US travel may be required for some charters (preferred, but not required)
- Minimum 1 year of motorcoach or bus driving experience
- Strong customer service skills — you are the face of Perimeter on every trip
- Professional presentation and demeanor at all times, on and off the coach
- Reliable and accountable — on time, every time
- Team-oriented and communicative — you follow the communication chain and keep dispatch informed
Strongly Preferred
- Prevost Motor Coach experience — candidates with Prevost H345 experience will be given strong preference
- Charter, tour, or cruise ship passenger experience
- Driver commentary skills — an asset for tour work
- Bilingual or multilingual — always an asset given the international nature of our clientele
