Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Fotile Canada’s brand growth strategy and integrated marketing initiatives across the Canadian market.
This role will lead brand localization, consumer marketing, digital campaigns, retail marketing programs, influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and product launch activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth.
Working closely with the Canada sales team, headquarters marketing team, retail partners, and external agencies, this position will ensure Fotile’s global brand strategy is effectively adapted to Canadian consumer expectations, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Canada’s brand marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market growth, aligned with overall business objectives and global brand direction.
- Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to understand Canadian consumer behavior, competitive landscape, retail trends, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Drive brand localization and positioning by adapting global brand strategies, messaging, campaigns, and marketing assets to effectively connect with Canadian consumers, including English and French-speaking markets.
- Own integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, PR, retail marketing, events, and e-commerce platforms.
- Lead product launch and go-to-market initiatives from strategy development to execution, including campaign planning, content development, channel activation, customer engagement, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Develop and manage retail and channel marketing programs in partnership with sales teams and retail partners to improve brand visibility, customer experience, and product sell-through.
- Manage external marketing partners, agencies, media, and influencer relationships, ensuring high-quality execution, effective collaboration, and optimized marketing investment.
- Own marketing performance measurement and budget management, tracking campaign effectiveness, digital performance, brand metrics, and ROI to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Canada teams and global headquarters, providing market insights, supporting localization efforts, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
- Monitor brand reputation and ensure marketing compliance with Canadian advertising standards, privacy requirements, and local market regulations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or related roles.
- Experience managing marketing programs within Canada or North America.
- Strong understanding of Canadian consumer behavior, retail environment, and digital marketing landscape.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Experience working with external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing performance data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Preferred
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, kitchen products, home improvement, or retail industries.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: CAD $65,000 – $80,000 annually
