Inventory Associate

Compensation: $18–$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Tool Crib inventory, ensuring tools and equipment are accurately tracked and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain orderly storage of tools, dies, and related equipment.
Issue and receive tools while keeping accurate records of inventory transactions.
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general Tool Crib organization.
Support production teams by ensuring required tools and equipment are readily available.
Follow established procedures for inventory control and equipment handling.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good inventory management and record-keeping abilities.
Reliable work habits and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
Previous Tool Crib or inventory experience is an asset but not required.
Experience as an Inventory Associate, Stockroom Attendant, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar role is beneficial.

Ideal Candidate
