Summary of Position:
The Warehouse & Spare parts clerk is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include shipping and receiving, warehouse upkeep, finished goods. This role requires a combination of hands-on manual labor and system transactions. Additional duties include moving and transferring spare parts and finished goods, as well as receiving and shipping orders to support technical services and finished goods distribution. The role also involves maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle count activities & performs Finished goods battery recharge as needed.

Essential Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly manner and in compliance with corporate policies
Stage Materials in designated areas and maintain organization of the warehouse
Experience & accreditation to operate an Electric walk-behind stacker (pedestrian stacker) and pallet jack as needed to provide materials to Production areas
Pick and pull materials from the inventory and perform associated Oracle transactions
Verify, Stock returns from production back to warehouse locations
When pulling for any location verify that Part, Lot, QTY and location are correct
Perform label control to ensure that all information is correct
Perform Weekly Cycle counts as required
Pull and Transact Move Orders
Perform finished goods inventory battery recharge as per recharge schedule
Perform local & International shipping as needed

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately
Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience is required - CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Oracle experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience
Oracle experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit stand or kneel for long periods of time.
Must be able to use computer or touch screen to enter work order data
Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 80 lbs

Compensation:

$20.00 - $23.00/hr
