Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist customers in locating and selecting supplements based on their specific needs and preferences.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on supplement products, usage, and benefits to customers.
Provides a high level of prompt and friendly customer service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product returns professionally and courteously.
Keep the department and back-room areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Stay informed about new supplement products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Assists in building displays; keeps shelves fully stocked and tidy.
Receives product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.
Assists with receiving, unloading, stocking, filling and rotating merchandise.
Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedure.
Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Working Conditions:

Nutrition background/education preferred
Retail Environment experience is an asset
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting of moderate-weight items.
Works indoors within a climate-controlled environment. May involve exposure to various scents and aromas related to supplements and wellness products.
Regular interaction with customers, colleagues, and management to address inquiries, providing assistance, and maintain a positive shopping experience
