Norka Living is a Montréal-based soft furniture manufacturer, distributor, and e-commerce company specializing in modular sectionals, premium foam loungers, and beanbags. We design, manufacture, and ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse and showroom in Ville Saint-Laurent. We're a small, fast-moving team where every role has real impact.
Norka Living est un fabricant, distributeur et détaillant en ligne de meubles rembourrés basé à Montréal, spécialisé dans les modulaires, les loungers ainsi que les poufs. Nous fabriquons et expédions partout au Canada et aux États-Unis depuis notre entrepôt de Ville Saint-Laurent.
WHAT YOU'LL DO / VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
— Answer and direct incoming phone calls — Greet and assist showroom visitors — Reply to customer and partner emails — Prepare and track daily orders — Coordinate between sales office and warehouse — Manage shipping confirmations and follow-ups — Maintain organized records and filing — Support the team with general admin tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR / VOTRE PROFIL
— College Degree or Equivalent — 5 years administrative or customer service experience —Fully bilingual: French is a must, strong English required — Professional phone manner and written communication skills — Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — Comfortable in a fast-paced environment — Proficient with email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic office tools — Team player who takes initiative
This role is the hub of our daily operations — you'll be the first voice clients hear and the link that keeps our sales and warehouse teams in sync. If you thrive in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same, this is for you.
