Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. In this role, you will grow and manage your caseload, with bookings supported through clinic referrals matched by client preference and your availability. You will collaborate closely with our physiotherapy team to support integrated care and client wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and collaborate with physiotherapists to develop and implement integrated treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough client records in alignment with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, such as stretching, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2200 hours of training from a recognized college or university.
- Registered as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body in Alberta (or eligible for registration).
- Professional liability insurance required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physiotherapists and clients.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-centered approach.
