Job Description:
The individual is responsible for the preparation for advancement of development headings.
They must demonstrate proficiency operating Maclean Botlter and or Jumbo, jackleg, stoper, installing ground support, drilling safety bays advancing services , mucking and prepping faces, loading and blasting development headings, and perform other dutuies as required and assigned by the supervisor.
All task must be completed following company procedures, government regulations and manufactures specifications.
Qualifications:
Employees must have a working knowledge and skills in Development mining.
Promote safety and follows company procedures.
Ability to work in a safe and productive manner and to safely direct the activities of less skilled employees.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Housekeeping and quality, professional results.
Some specialty modules training requires prerequisite modules that might not be listed.
MTCU guidelines will be followed

Meals are provided while at the mine site.
