What You’ll Do:

Help restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and mold damage
Use hand tools and power tools to clean, rebuild, and bring spaces back to life
Work alongside experienced team members who will train and support you
Learn how to assess damage and choose the right restoration methods
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Stay in communication with supervisors and clients as jobs progress
Take part in training and development as you grow with the company

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable using basic hand tools (we’ll train you on the rest)
Good with your hands and willing to get dirty — this is physical work
A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
Eager to learn a trade that can grow into a long-term career
