Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, backfilling, and grading activities using hand tools and equipment.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform general labor duties, including digging, shoveling, and raking.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
