Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
- Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
- Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
- Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
- Completes administrative correspondence
- Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
- Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

1+ years of customer service experience
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous SAP experience, an asset
