Trail Coffee Co. is looking for an experienced Lead Barista / Server to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to help create exceptional experiences for our customers every day.

As a Lead Barista / Server, you'll be one of the faces of Trail Coffee Co. You'll build relationships with our regulars, prepare quality food and beverages, help maintain a clean and welcoming café, and lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service
Prepare food and beverages to company standards
Build relationships with customers and community members
Support daily café operations
Complete opening and closing procedures
Help maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of serving, bartending, café, or customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability required

Position Details

$18.25/hour plus tips
25–40 hours per week
Saturdays required
