Brokerage Operations Leader

Leadership Opportunity with a Growing Insurance Brokerage

The Opportunity

As a growing insurance brokerage we are seeking an experienced leader to join our leadership team and help guide the continued growth and success of the organization.

This is more than an operations management position. It is an opportunity for an accomplished professional to become a trusted leadership partner, working alongside senior leadership to lead people, strengthen operations, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the long-term direction of the business.

The successful candidate will bring leadership experience, sound judgement, strong communication skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. The ideal individual will balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on leadership and will be motivated to grow into an increasingly influential role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and business priorities.

· Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations across multiple locations.

· Support employee engagement, development, recruitment, and performance management.

· Lead operational improvement initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

· Help drive business development, growth initiatives, and relationship management.

· Support technology adoption, process improvement, and organizational change.

· Contribute to strategic planning and the long-term success of the brokerage.

Qualifications and Leadership Attributes

· Proven leadership or management experience in insurance, financial services, professional services, or a comparable environment.

· New Brunswick Broker License with CAIB Designation

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience leading people and managing competing priorities.

· A collaborative leadership style with a practical, hands-on approach.

· Strong business acumen, sound judgement, and problem-solving ability.

· The ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs.

· A desire to continue learning, growing, and taking on greater leadership responsibility.
