About the Role: As an Anytime Fitness® Coach, your mission is to help our members "get to a healthier place." You’ll use your expertise and enthusiasm to create and deliver safe, effective exercise programs for a diverse group of clients. You’ll excel at fitness program design, instruction, and motivating members to adopt healthy habits that last.
Your role includes offering Fitness Consultations, 1-on-1 Personal Training, and other specialized programs tailored to our members’ needs. But this job goes beyond just training—it's about building lasting relationships with our members, providing top-notch guidance, education, and encouragement that keep them coming back. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our club’s cleanliness, driving program sales, and reaching out to inactive members to help them re-engage with their fitness journey.

What You Bring:
- Certification: CSEP or BCRPA certification is required.
- Passion: A strong personal drive to build and maintain your clientele.
- Experience: Previous experience in training and client prospecting.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from the club.
- Flexibility: Availability during evenings and mornings is crucial for meeting client needs.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Casual, Permanent, Part-time
- Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
- Flexible Language Requirement: French not required

- Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 8 pm
