Parts Clerk
Job Summary
Z’gamok Construction LP (ZCLP), a subsidiary of Z'gamok Enterprises Inc., an Indigenous business fully owned by Sagamok Anishnawbek, provides a diverse range of services across multiple business segments, including construction, haulage, sand and gravel supply, and surface mining services.
Z'gamok Construction LP (ZCLP) is looking for an organized Parts Clerk to manage inventory, assist technicians, and support internal departments with parts inquiries. This role is key to keeping the shop running efficiently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and order parts for internal fleet
- Issue parts to mechanics and technicians as requested
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Track backorders and follow up with suppliers
- Process purchase orders, PM's, invoices and returns
- Keep parts room clean, organized and efficient
- Complete and maintain proper documentation as needed
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid G driver's license
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Previous parts, warehouse, or shop experience preferred
- Familiarity of truck, automotive, or heavy equipment parts is an asset
- Knowledge on CAT SIS, NAPA Pro Link, full-bay inventory system considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills; MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
