The Rouxbarb is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven individual to join our team. This is not just a serving position — this is an opportunity to be part of a culinary destination where food, wine, and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable guest experiences. We are looking for someone polished, energetic, and passionate about their craft. A professional who understands that great service is about presence, knowledge, and warmth. Someone who can recommend the perfect wine pairing, execute cocktails with precision, and confidently manage multiple tables and beverage orders during peak service — all while maintaining composure and a welcoming attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver elevated, guest-focused service in both beverage and dining settings
Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Confidently recommend wines and pairings that enhance the culinary experience
Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service
Maintain an organized, clean, and service-ready workspace
Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a quality-driven restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and wine fundamentals
Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal service
