Stuart Olson is seeking a seasoned Document Control Administrator for the fall turnaround, ideally local to Saint John, NB with a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality Lead, Document Control will be responsible for the following:

Assisting with the implementation and adherence of the Quality Management System’s policies, procedures, and values.

Receiving, organizing, maintaining, as-building and transmitting drawings and documentation as per Stuart Olson Industrial’s Document Control procedure.

Build and maintain logs for Drawings, Requests for Information (RFI’s), Non-Conformances (NCR’s), Measuring and Testing Equipment and others as deemed necessary.
- Assists the execution and Quality team with document requests. (RFI’s, Change Orders, etc.)

Compile Quality specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Assist with the building of Turnover Documentation / Packages based on provided templates from the Quality Lead.

Scanning and organizing of completed Turnover Documentation prior to submission to the client.

Assistance with notifications to the appropriate parties for Inspection & Test Plan hold and/witness points.

Ensure record retention for the turnaround is as per Stuart Olson Industrial’s Document Control Procedure.
Qualifications

Mechanical trade or mechanical technologist background required with turnaround experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) plus BlueBeam, OneDrive and SharePoint

Strong ethics, confidentiality, integrity and commitment to safety

Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong time‑management, organization, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
