Full job description

We're a growing team and we're looking for someone who thrives when things get technically interesting. If your idea of a good morning is coffee in one hand and a server log in the other, keep reading.

What you'll be doing:

You're the escalation point. When a ticket gets complicated, you're the one who steps in. You'll be working through server configurations, network issues, and complex troubleshooting scenarios that require real analytical thinking. The goal isn't just to fix things - it's to make sure they stay fixed. You're also someone who naturally reaches for AI tools to work smarter and deliver a better experience for clients.

What we're looking for:

3+ years in a technical support role, solid hands-on knowledge of network infrastructure and server environments, strong root-cause troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and teammates alike. MCSA or equivalent is preferred, and a post-secondary background in IT or Computer Science is a nice bonus.
