Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for guest services. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Operate multi-line phone systems to respond to calls and relay messages.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare reports as required.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and accounting purposes.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
