Who you are
You have a worked in a health care setting for a minimum of 3 years, and hold a bachelor's degree in a relative field. You have experience in managing in an unionized environment in addition to planning, coordination, facilitation, and team building.
What you will do
The Health Records manager is responsible for leading, overseeing and reporting on support function related to Health Records.
- monitor productivity and provide day-to-day oversight and provide support
- develop/maintain staff work schedules
- implement and/or monitor policies and procedures
- conduct performance appraisals
- manage budget
- assist in hiring and training new staff
